Calm Practice Systems sells digital document products delivered electronically after purchase. Our products are templates, guides, trackers, and reference tools intended to support the administrative operations of dental practices. They are not legal, compliance, financial, or medical advice.
Upon completing payment, you will receive an email with a download link to access your purchased files. Delivery is automatic and immediate — no manual fulfillment is required.
When you purchase a product from Calm Practice Systems, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own practice. You may customize and adapt the templates for your internal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or otherwise make these materials available to third parties — whether for free or for compensation. Each purchase is licensed to a single practice.
Our products are organizational and administrative tools. They are not a substitute for legal, compliance, HR, employment, or financial advice. HIPAA regulations, OSHA requirements, state dental board rules, and employment laws change frequently. You are responsible for verifying that any materials you use comply with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our content is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. Regulatory requirements change, and we cannot guarantee that all information reflects the most current rules. Check HHS.gov and applicable state and federal agencies for current requirements.
We may update products over time. Customers who have purchased a product may receive updated versions at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide ongoing updates.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Practice Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products — including but not limited to compliance penalties, staff disputes, or regulatory findings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
